Financial-services expertise is built into how we design, build and improve it: our people, banking components and the TERO brain. Your people release.

Fast and sure: we build from proven capabilities.

Every product we build starts from proven capability blocks: the customer journeys, the banking engine beneath them, the cloud they run on. You skip the part where most projects stall.

  • Get a first release in weeks. Not a quarter of foundations before anyone sees a screen.
  • Iterate with you in short cycles.Prototypes and MVPs that are real products, not demos.
  • Built for scale, security and compliance from day one.The blocks already carry the controls; you start from them, not from zero.

Proof: proven at retail scale · rebuilt as TERO blueprints, with tests · every block known to the TERO brain.

Three layers, customer experience, banking engine and infrastructure, wired into one product labelled your journey.

TERO brainHolds how every block was built, tested and run, and what your product adds to it.

A product that keeps getting better, under your control.

Every product we deliver carries its own improvement loop, gated by your people. It reads the signals the product produces, proposes a change, builds and tests it in a sandbox, and your people release it, or not. Then it starts again.

Ledger, limits and rules are code, never a model.

Improvement against a number you own.

Every loop is built against a number the business owns.

  1. Onboarding & activation → approval-to-activation rate
  2. Servicing & disputes → cost to serve
  3. Platform reliability → incidents and time to fix

A TERO brain you can query.

The TERO brain is a governed context layer: it holds TERO's history and takes in your product's context, decisions and learning, so the next change starts from what the last one taught us.

Your systems, your data, your boundary.

Inside your walls: a dedicated instance, on-premise development where the work demands it, local models where you require them. Your data never trains anyone's model. Model-agnostic by design. You own the product, the code, the evals and the TERO brain, and you can leave at any time with all of it. Register-of-information data, sub-processor chain and exit plan on request.

Start TERO-run, run it together, or take the controls. The loop is built to be handed over; your decision rights never move.

How this works in practice

What is hard.

  1. An AI that proposes changes to a regulated product must be explainable to the customer and to the regulator in the same words, so the audit and reason trail is designed in, not retrofitted.
  2. Models drift and code does not, so the deterministic and the probabilistic parts are split.
  3. A loop can optimise the wrong thing, so guardrail metrics carry equal force to the KPI.

Big or small, your idea sets the scope.

See more examples of what we build

Built by people who have done this before.

Founders, builders and operators from world-leading banks and card issuers, who then built and ran a regulated cards and lending business of their own, serving millions of customers at retail scale.

We have been the regulated individuals. We ran the lending operation and its compliance function ourselves and worked with the FCA throughout, so licences, approvals and controls are part of how we build, not a step at the end.

Our experience spans the UK, Spain and Europe, the US and Latin America.

Many of us have worked together through these stages before.

  • United Kingdom · a regulated cards and lending business, run end to end
  • Spain and Europe · international banking, from Spain outward
  • United States · card issuers and banks, as employer and as clients
  • Latin America · banking across the region
